Each GTT module I attend I meet myself a little deeper and more fuller. The space provided over the course of a module to be my unapologetically full unfolding self, is such a gift.

I'm still amazed at the powerful and possibly transformational experiences people had. While my breathing experience was not quite as powerful, it was still an excellent experience all around, and I've already been telling some of my friends who I think would benefit and appreciate it that they should do it.
